All credit card orders will be processed within one business day. We accept personal checks but orders cannot be released for shipment until bank approval.

Returns

We offer the finest quality urns available. We will accept refunds and exchanges up to 14 days after shipping on most products. Due to the high quality and value of our urns and the drastically low prices we offer, it is difficult to absorb our handling costs for full returns. As such, we will accept returns for most urns less the actual shipping and processing charges. If any order is damaged when received, it will be replaced at no charge. If you have a question regarding our return policy on any given urn, please ask before we ship.
